Registration at a Glance

Registration types: Delegates, media and groups for ICASA2023 must be submitted through the online registration portal.

Media registration is free.

Applicants will receive a confirmation email from ICASA 2023 Media Registration team and journalists will have to submit the documents below in order to get accreditation from host country.

1. Letter of assignment and
2. Copy of press ID of the applicant and
3. Copy of the applicant’s passport

The above are mandatory requirements for all members of the crew and not only the team/crew leader.

Day passes are available at a discounted fee of 300 USD. Delegates with day passes will not have access to the virtual platform as well as recordings of conference sessions, virtual exhibitions, posters and virtual Community Village.

Accompanying Persons

To participate in ICASA 2023 as an accompanying person, one must be at least 18 years and above. However, persons below the age of 18 years must submit an application form duly completed by parent or guardian.

NB:

• Kindly note that Accompanying persons have limited access to conference sessions.
• The accompanying person is entitled to the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, exhibition area, and community village.
• Accompanying persons will pay a discounted fee of 300USD only.
• You cannot register more than one (1) Accompanying person.
• Persons under the age of 18 must provide a photo ID as a form of identity and age confirmation.

Cancellation of the Conference

In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, the conference organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs and financial losses.

Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to retain the entire registration fee or to use it for the next conference but this right will not be transferred to a third party.

Registration Cancellation Policy

No refund will be issued for any cancellation.

Modification of the Conference Programme

The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only.
